Deadball reserves the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order placed with us.
Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed until payment has been successfully received.
4. ORDER ACCEPTANCE
Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirmation does not guarantee acceptance of the order.
Deadball reserves the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
• Product availability issues
• Errors in pricing or product information
• Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions
If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, a full refund will be issued.
5. CUSTOM & TEAM ORDERS
All custom uniforms, team apparel, and personalized items are produced specifically for each order.
By approving a custom order, the customer confirms that all design details, sizes, names, numbers, and artwork are correct.
Deadball is not responsible for errors that were approved during the order confirmation process.
Custom orders are final sale once production has begun.
6. RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return Policy.

7. SHIPPING
Shipping times provided on the website are estimates and may vary based on production schedules, shipping carriers, and external factors beyond our control.
Deadball is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

All content on this website including logos, graphics, product designs, images, and text are the property of Deadball and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without written permission.
