By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.
ORDER PROCESSING
All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on product availability and order volume.
Typical processing times:
• Standard apparel orders: 2–5 business days
• Custom team uniforms or made-to-order items: Production timelines will vary and will be communicated at the time of order.
Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Deadball reserves the right to extend processing times during high-volume periods, product launches, or unforeseen circumstances.
SHIPPING METHOD
Deadball ships all orders using USPS Standard Shipping.
Delivery times will vary depending on the destination and USPS transit schedules. Once an order has shipped, Deadball is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.
Customers will receive a tracking number once their order has been shipped.
SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.
Deadball reserves the right to adjust shipping rates at any time without prior notice.
LOCAL PICKUP
Local pickup may be available for certain orders.
Customers selecting Local Pickup will be contacted when the order is ready. Pickup instructions and location details will be provided at that time.
Customers must bring confirmation of their order when picking up items.
Deadball is not responsible for orders that are not picked up within a reasonable timeframe.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once a package has been transferred to USPS and marked as Delivered, Deadball is no longer responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, customers must contact USPS directly to file a claim.
Deadball is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer at checkout.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Deadball is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
SHIPPING DAMAGES
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
Please include:
• Order number
• Description of the issue
• Photos of the product and packaging
Deadball will review all claims and determine the appropriate resolution.
SHIPPING DELAYS
Deadball is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:
• USPS carrier delays
• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Customs processing (for international shipments if offered)
• Other circumstances outside of our control
