RETURN POLICY

At Deadball, we stand behind the quality of our products and take pride in delivering apparel built for the game.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed.

This policy applies to:

  • Standard apparel

  • Custom team uniforms

  • Personalized or made-to-order items

  • Sale or promotional items

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.


ORDER ISSUES OR DEFECTS

If you believe your item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 5 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

To help us resolve the matter quickly, please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Photos of the item and packaging

All claims are reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and Deadball reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution.


CUSTOM & TEAM ORDERS

All custom uniforms, team apparel, and personalized items are produced specifically for each order. For this reason, custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for:

  • Confirming sizes

  • Approving designs and artwork

  • Verifying spelling, numbers, and team details

Deadball is not responsible for errors approved during the order confirmation process.


SHIPPING ISSUES

Deadball is not responsible for packages that are:

  • Lost

  • Stolen

  • Delayed by the shipping carrier

If a shipping issue occurs, please contact the shipping carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist if needed.
